Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the application of the quality management system at Vocational High School 2 City Prabumulih The results of the study are Vo�cational High School 2 Prabumulih City Plan which has been established through the vision and mission . But it does not have the quality objectives and guidelines of quality / quality manual . Party Vocational High School 2 Prabumulih city also has lesson plans used in teaching and learning Vocational High School 2 Prabumulih city already has procedures and instructions regarding the teaching and learning pro�cess . Additionally Vocational High School 2 Prabumulih City has identified the documents , especially on the administration , but for other parts or other work unit identification has not been going well . In the implementation of the learning process Vocational High School Party 2 Prabumulih city oversight , supervision in the form of supervision . Party Vocational High School 2 City Prabumulih always implementing and monitoring the successful implementation of the work program
