Abstract
Monitoring and Evaluation is one of the activities undertaken by Simeulue Regional Development Planning Agency (Kabupaten) to maximize the results of development planning. BAPPEDA itself has difficulties in monitoring and ongoing and realized activities. During this development activities in the SKPK monitored by BAPPEDA still manually supervised, because BAPPEDA still do not have an information system that can monitor all activities simultaneously and also provide an overview. The purpose of this research is to make information system of BAPPEDA of Simeule Regency. make this application using Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, this system is also built using PHP programming language and google technology fire map that can add content and manipulate the map in a Web that can facilitate the monitoring in determining the location of activities and decision-making results monitoring.
