Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of conflict between the employee to employee morale at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Karet Baturaja. Sampling methods using the formula slovin. Respondents in this study amounted to 55 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Karet Baturaja. The type of data using primary data collection, and data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis of data. Methods of analysis used in this study is a simple kinier regression analysis. The result of this study indicate significant influence of conflict between the employee to employee morale. The correlation coefficient of 0,320, it means that the conflict between employees on morale is weak. Deternination coefficient of 10,2%, which means that 89,8% is influenced by other variables in addition to, the conflict between employees.
