Consider one of the attached case studies: 1. What information do we have about the current position and situational context of the company, including its SWOTs? 2. What are the competitive advantages of the company in the market place? 3. What do you consider to be their key strategic directions? 4. What do you consider to be their goals associated with these strategic directions? 5. Map out a future business scenario for this company: 1. Undertake a brief gap analysis – the gaps between where the company currently is and this future scenario. 2. Identify appropriate inhibitors and activators associated with bridging that gap to achieving the future scenario.
