Abstract

Occupational health and safety is paramount in the company. Because through the safety and health of employees will feel safe and comfortable in work. And employee performance is the most important thing in the company, because the company's productivity is measured from the performance of its employees. This research was conducted at PT. SinarAlamPermai Palembang. This study aims to determine how the effect of safety and health on employee performance. The number of sample 87 and the analysis used include: multiple regression, validity test, reliability test, engineering test, R2 test, F test and t test. The results of the analysis that has been done by the researcher suggests that the safety variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable, the working health variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable. The results of the analysis conducted using t test can be known safety and health variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performancevariables
