Abstract
The objective of a company is to maximize the rich of the owner by strafing dividend properly and increasing stock costs. Traditional approach has been understood but substantially has not explained yet how it happens. This share holder value approach tries to estimate economic value of an infestation by predicting cash flow and cost of capital discontro this appraisal is through value driver, that is the level of selling growth, profit margin, income tax level, capital infestation, assets fixed infestation, cost of capital and the prediction period.
