Abstract

This research aims to analyze and abtain empirical evidence about the effecs of profitability,liquidity, leverage, growth opportunities, and total asset turn over to dividend policy partial and simultaneous. The researchpopulation was manufacturing listedin Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in period of 2013-2015. The Sample are collected by purposivesampling method, and collected there are 16 companies which used as a sample and multiplied by 3 periods of total samples 48 samples. Analysis method of this research used multiple linier regresion.The result showed that profitability (Return On Equity / ROE), liquidity (Current Ratio / CR) significantly positive effect measure by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Leverage (Debt to Equty Ratio / DER) significantly negative effect todividend policy measure by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The Growth and total asset turn over did not significantly effect todividend policy measure by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).Simultaneously variable profitability, liquidity, leverage, growth, and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) significant effect on dividend policy.
