Abstract

This report aims to determine the effect to education and training and career development to employees performance at perum bulog divre sumsel dan babel. Methods of collecting data obtained from questionnaires and library research, data analysis in this case the author uses qualitative and quantitative methods are multiple regessions equation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and test F. The results showed that there was a significant effect of education and training on employee performance and career development influence on the performace of employees at divre sumsel perum bulog and babel. It indicates that there is strong association of these influences. Data obtained from these results that the influence of education and training and career development to improve the performance of employees at divre sumsel perum bulog and babel.
