Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze how the influence of human resource competencies to the performance of employees in CV.Cipta Fasya. In this research using descriptive analysis kuantittatif with a simple linear regression model to determine the effect of independent variables and the dependent variable. The influence of human resource competencies in performance can be seen from the level of competence that have practical implications in the planning of human resources, this can be seen from the picture that knowledge and skill competencies tend to be more real and relative reside on the surface one of the characteristics possessed by an employee. From the research results can be concluded that there were significant effects of human resource competencies to the performance of employees in CV.Cipta Fasya.
