Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the health and safety to employees performance at PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. The number of employees or the population of more than 42 employees. Mechanical sampling using saturated sempel for fewer than 100 people. The tools used to collect primary data in this study is the use of a questionnaire and use the technique simple linear regression analysis to measure the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable is the occupational safety and health as an independent variable (X) and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). The data in this study aided by Stastitical program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 16.0. The results of this study stated that the safety and health significant and positive impact on the performance of employees of PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. With the results of the analysis that the value Thitung = 5.575 table = 3.272 means that there is significant influence safety and health on employee performance.
