Abstract

The problems now facing is the length of time required to complete the production of songket many complaints besides fatigue on the part of the spine by experienced craftsmen. To anticipate this dayan made ergonomic Through this study, researchers will try to identify whether an ergonomic dayan have been made in previous studies to reduce the perceived grievances that can improve employee productivity and production of songket. Tentative conclusions obtained are (1) 60% artisans found dayan more ergonomic and comfortable to use additional seats make sitting more comfortable, (2) the correlation value of 0.910 indicates that there is a very strong relationship between the variables working attitude, skill level, the employment relationship , productivity management, work efficiency and entrepreneurship (Traffic sees potential) on the level of productivity, (3) There are six factors that affect productivity, together these six factors and significant effect (4) partially only factor shown to affect working relationships the level of productivity.
