Abstract
– The problem in this research is how to build a web-based library information system at 19 Palembang High School with a PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research objective is to develop a computerized library-based data processing system to accelerate data search such as data publishers, categories, books, students, book loans, and book returns. This research uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall system development method. The stages of SDLC Waterfall are system requirements analysis, design, program code creation and testing. Data collection methods through interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this study are expected to improve the data collection and input of library data at 19 Palembang High School.
