Abstract
The development of information technology today need information fast and accurate implementation is one Information on teacher performance appraisal at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang which will be used as reference material to evaluate teacher performance, but in reporting still use manual so inefficient turnaround times , To overcome these problems, was built a data warehouse and will be analyzed through the process of OLAP (Online Analytical Processing). OLAP is a special method for analyzing the data contained in the data storage medium (database) and then make a report in accordance with user demand resulting reporting service teacher performance appraisal SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. Then the results of OLAP reporting service and that has been made in the form of this chart will be presented with web-based technology that can facilitate the assessors and teachers are assessed in evaluating the performance of teachers.
