Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Fruit Tea’s product quality and price to consumer satisfaction at PT. Sinar Sosro Palembang. The variables used in which X1 = product quality, X2 = price and Y = Consumer Satisfaction. The data used is primary and secondary data. Data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive. Mechanical test instrument using validity and reliability by using SPSS program. Data analysis tool using multiple linear regression, koefisien determinate, t test and f. of the results of this study obtained product quality (X1) with a value of t = 1.637 with a probability of 0.018 <0.05 means Ho rejected and Ha accepted. meaning there is no significant influence on the quality of the product (X1) towards consumer satisfaction (Y). While the price (X2) the value of t = 1.305 with a probability of 0.015 <0.05 means Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there is no significant influence on the price (X2) towards consumer satisfaction (Y). then jointly acquired that product quality and prices of consumer satisfaction with 26.770 Fhitung with sig. 0.004 to 0.443 Ftabel then Fhitung> F table then Ho is rejected and Ha received means that there is no significant influence on the quality of the product (X1) and the price (X2) towards consumer satisfaction (Y).
