Abstract
Transportation semees that have fast services m terms of communication for ordering, so that people prefer these services because it is quite easy and fast. To get customer satisfaction, companies must have a good and appmpriate marketing strategy in order to influence customer loyalty, Factors that influence customer loyalty 111 using transportation services, ineludmg the quality of services provided, satisfaction obtained and felt by customers, the value that customers think. The problem in this research is how the influence of service quality on the level of customer satisfaction m transportation in the online transportation services business? Based on the results of the study it can be seen that there is a significant influence between the variable service quality on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination obtained the number 0.169. the figure illustrates that the service quality variable with a value of 16.9% affects the variable customer satisfaction in onlme transportation services
