Abstract

The purpose in this research is to know the Organizational Commitment Related to Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables. The kind of this research is descriptive quantitative. Populations in this research were all all employees at the Ogan Ilir Village Community Empowerment Office. Sampling using the census method (saturated sampling). The independent variable in this study is organizational commitment (X1), the intervening variable is job satisfaction (Y2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y1). The method of collecting data using the questionnaire method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. Partially organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, simultaneously organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
