Abstract

Decision support system based method to acceptence lecturer AHP: an analysis. The Universitas Bina Darma as a istitute that every days always accept job application. Lecturer acceptance system that wasn’t optimal right now. This is caused by test instrument (pshyhology test, interview test, and micro teaching test) is unmeasurable. In fact, in acceptance test, decision that taken is based to subjectivity. More over, decision is taken not is efective and eficient. That phenomenon need an analysis in acceptance lecturer system. Throught this study, writer offer a AHP system as a method in acceptance lecturer system on Bina Darma University. This paper used descriptive methodology. Theory that used is AHP theory by Turban. The result of this paper find out if AHP system is morere efective and objective in scoring system to accepted lecturer in Bina Darma University. That is caused AHP system could change quantitative data to qualitative data, so that the dicission that taken is more objective and faster.
