Abstract
Today, the growth of a city or country is very influential. The role of large-scale industrial sector and small industrial sector are very influential to tackle unemployment problem in a city or country. One of way or idea to solve the unemployment in the city is creating an entrepreneurial spirit into students. The author provides a creative and innovative businesses idea involving the students, by encourage them to create a healthy culinary and affordable for the middle-class society. The healthy food alternatives in this paper is a donuts with different flavors which contains nutritional value so people can choose snacks that are tasty and nutritious, rich of carbohydrates and protein. As a familiar food in our society, the researcher will only sampled four kinds of donuts in this research, which are: ginger flavor, milk flavor, bananas flavor, and chocolate flavor. To realize this entrepreneurship program, the researcher involves students as respondents. The students are the students Faculty of Economics, University of Bina Darma in the level three and five. For the researcher, these students are potential entrepreneur. This idea is carried out to enhance the “Student Creativity Program” through the creation of a healthy alternative meal that is worth selling. The strengthening aspects of the strategy are to cooperate with pastry shops, cafes, canteens and ladies social gathering called Mom’s Club
