Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of audit quality, financial condition, debt, company growth, last year’s opinion which is promoted into going concern opinion. The dependent variable used in this study is the going cornerstone opinion, while the independent variable is quality audit, financial condition, debt, corporate growth, opinion last year. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2017. The sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling method, and obtained as many 29 samples of observations. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The result of the analysis show that the variables of audit quality, financial condition, debt, company growth do not affect going concern opinion audit opinion variables last year affect going concern opinion
