Abstract
This research was carried out in the Pathology of Biology Micro Clinics in Palembang Mohammad Hosein Hospital. This study consists of independent variables namely work discipline and occupational health safety, the dependent variable was Job Performance. In determining the sample used non�probability sampling technique is saturated sampling, so obtained 52 respondents The results of the research showed that partially occupational health safety had a significant effect on employee performance indicated by a significant value of t of 3.736
