Abstract
Persons with disabilities are persons with physical and / or mental disorders, who may interfere with or constitute obstacles and barriers for them to do so appropriately. With these limitations and abnormalities the researchers want to create a learning application where they can learn while playing so they can get to know the letters and numbers and with this application is expected they can learn to read quickly and precisely. Applications created using waterfall method that willproduce asignlanguagelearningapplicationfordisabledpeoplewithdisabilities.
