Abstract

Ethics is an important thing that influences human behavior. Ethics is believed to affect one's performance. Several recent cases show that even well known institutions sometime do something unethical. Professional responsibility is part of the ethical behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the understanding of the professional responsibilities from students based on gender analysis. Researcher has collected data from 80 respondents. Validity and reliability data have been analyzed. The results of the validity analysis showed some invalid instrument. Furthermore, invalid data did not been used while valid data have been analyzed using one-way ANOVA techniques. The results show that there were not significant differences between men and women, but in general level of understanding of women than men
