Abstract

The objective of this resecar are:1. to indicate the influence of commnication of staff performance at National Education Department of South Sumatera Province, 2indicate the influence of organization climate of staff performance at National Eucation Department of South Sumatera Province,3 to indicate the influ. The analis model whish use is Double Regresion Model.Based on the result from calculation it produce a regresion function,Y= 0,243 + 0,563x1+0,259x2+1,727x3.All variables whish are communiation climate and leadership has avalis relationship about 0,968 of fixed variable which is staff performance it National Education Department of South Sumatera Province.The varian of dependence variable can be expalained biy independence variable ( communication,organization climate and leardership) as whole (simultananeos) about 97,3% and for the rest percentage has indicated by independence variables.Based on trial calculation on F it result P Value =0,000(sig<0,05). This result is proving the reseca hipotesis which is communication,organization climate and leardership shows there a significance indication(real)in staff performance
