Abstract
Abstract :The development of technology and information systems at present developing and running very quickly in all areas of life, one of them in the field of education. Scholarship is income for the receiving and objectives of the program is to help ease the cost burden of education students or students who are getting. In helping student achievers and disadvantaged, the institution provides scholarships for female students BBM and PPA. This study will discuss the selection of the awarding of scholarships to the college of obstetrics nobility using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in which the assessment criteria are academic and non academic value. Results obtained are that the midwifery academy Budi Mulia need a new system that can help in the assessment in determining the granting of scholarships to female students.
