Abstract
. CV Kencana Ria Ungu (RKU) is a company engaged in the sale and repair of computers that wish to develop a system which still manual to computerized. The problem faced by CV RKU now is the process of providing information about services is not real-time service, including computer repair division to subscribers via mobile devices. With the implementation of e�services in CV RKU for consumer help enterprises to manage information needed, information service computer repair damage timely and strengthen the relationship between the company and its customers. In the development of these researchers used a prototyping method that consists of several stages including communication, planning, modeling, prototype establishment and delivery of the system, .
