Abstract
Development of science and technology, the need for information is increasing as well as the improved performance of government agencies to manage information. Research is conducted aims to assist the Board of Research and Development of Regional Innovation South Sumatra, especially the public and personnel in managing personnel data information. Personnel information system is a system used for the storage and processing of employee data, to support the operational personnel. Staffing information system is built using Yii Framework with PHP5 programming languages, database management system (DBMS) that will be used in this system is MySQL. This system is expected to help the employee data processing systems in the Research Development and Regional Innovation South Sumatra Province, especially the general and personnel become more integrated with each other so that the impact on improving the performance of employees.
