Abstract
The need is so rapid, especially in computer-based information technology. Today's technology is greatly improved and plays an important role in office needs. With the application of Palembang tourism, the public or visitors can find out the number of tourists visiting Palembang. The problem that exists in the city of Palembang tourism tourism is How to make Information System Design Data Collection Number of Foreign Tourists Visiting Palembang. For this reason, Palembang Toutism website-based application was made using PHP programming language and MySQL database. By defining a problem, conducting a feasibility study, designing a system, designing data, and implementing it. To make the application in question is by preparing equipment such as hardware, software, and other needs. Then the next step is to design the program to be made, as a conclusion that this program can help the public know the number of tourists visiting Palembang.
