Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of original revenue (pad), profit sharing funds (dbh), general allocation funds (dau) and special allocation funds (dak) on the allocation of capital expenditure in cities / districts in South Sumatra Province. The population in this study is the city / district government in South Sumatra province which consists of 17 cities / districts in South Sumatra in 2016-2017. This study uses secondary data in the form of budget realization reports from BPKAD audits. Tests performed using SPSS software version 20.0 include descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression with coefficient of determination, r2 test, t test, and f test. The results showed that DBH had a significant effect on the allocation of capital expenditure while Pad, Dau, and dak not a significant effect on the allocation of capital expenditure. Meanwhile, pad, dbh, dau, and dak significant effect on the allocation of capital expenditure
