Abstract
PT PLN is one of the electric power company that indirectly contributed and benefits to society but in fact the current PT PLN is still not able to meet all the needs of consumers, it is also a challenge for the management to improve all sectors be it from side human resources as well as from the side of the system. The purpose of this study design the equipment information system using the concept ThreeTier.Tool modeling systems analysis and design phase of this research is to use the Unified Modeling Language and for the development of the system needs to do a web-based application system in accordance with the method of system development namely Web Engeenering where the research is done with the concept of three tiers..
