Abstract
Jalan Demang Lebar Daun is one of the roads in Palembang City with a fairly high traffic volume. Along this section consists of offices, shopping centers and hawker centers, but along with the increasing demand for transportation services, resulting in traffic jams. Analysis of road performance is needed to determine the service level of the road section of Demang Lebar Daun by using Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2014 (PKJI). The analysis uses primary data in the form of data on vehicle types, number of vehicles and vehicle speed by observing the research location and secondary data used. is vehicle speed data from 2015 to 2019 which is obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Observations at the research location were carried out in one week in the morning and evening. Based on the results of processing and analysis, it shows that the average degree of saturation is 0.83, the capacity is 3263 hours / hour with service level D.
