Abstract

This study aimed to determine impact and influenced of Online Media anda Conventional Media in the City of Palembang. The sample of this research was people in palembang City, amounting to 131 people, the research was a kind of quantitative research, the data colection intrumnet in the study used the scale of onlinemedia and konventional media metdhods of data analysis used to test hypotheses that was using simple regression analysis. Where to look for an impact or not. All data analysis calculations used the help of the SPSS program(Product For Service Solution Statistics) version 20. The result of the study indicated that there was an impact of online media on the loyality of conventional media customers to the people in Palembang with a value (r) of 0,612. Sicnificance of 0,000 <0,05 and the value of R Square of 7,34, which meant that the online media variablel contributed 3,74% which meant that the online media variable contributed 3,74% to the loyality of conventional media customer.
