Abstract
The purpose of this study are: 1 ) To menegtahui Influence of Principal Leadership and Student Motivation together towards Achievement in Primary Schools Sports Pusri Palembang ; 2 ) To Learn Principal Leadership Influence on Primary School Achievement in Sports Pusri Palembang ; 3 ) To students know the effect of the Achievement Motivation in Primary Schools Sports Pusri Palembang. Research re�sults obtained regression equation Y = 1.827 + 1 + 0 040 X1 , X2 368 + e whereas hypothesis testing can result in : 1 ) Principal Leadership and Student Motivation Influential significant achievement in elementary Pusri Sports Palembang . 2 ) Principal Leadership Influence significant achievement in elementary Pusri Sports Palembang . 3 ) Student Motivation no significant effect on achievement in ele�mentary Pusri Sports Palembang. Dvice for academic research in order to increase the repertoire of knowledge especially related to Sports Achievement, Leadership and Motivation.
