Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of school leadership , instructional facili�ties and achievement motivation on teacher performance level penjas High School Orchestra Teachers Association Indonesian city of Palembang . This research is descriptive quantitative . Data used in this study is primary data through inter�views and questionnaires . The population in this study is a high school teacher in the YPLP Dasmen PGRI Palembang totaling 159 people , while 114 samples were taken . Data were analyzed with the index value , and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 16.0 . The results of the analysis of the data suggests : 1 ) there is the influence of school leadership on teacher performance Penjasorkes ; 2 ) there are significant learning facility on teacher performance Penjasorkes ; 3 ) there are significant achievement motivation on Penjasorkes teacher performance , and 4 ) there is the influence of school leadership , instructional facilities and achievement motivation on teacher performance Penjasorkes
