Abstract

: This research to analyze differences in receipt of income between genders to is a survey research is one of descriptive research and a form of research that aimed to describe the phenomena that exist which this results are clearly described, gambling and without any manipulation that does not require a hypothesis. Data analysis used a descriptive statistic that is using a frequency distribution analysis, which concluded based on the average. Table 1:Identity Responden Table 2: value of work and labor force status, Table 3. Employment History.Results from the deployment of respondents on average are known graduated lot of work in the private sector is 54.3% ,the receipt of the opinion analyze any gender differences more easily due to the ability of private sector knowledge and expertise in priority , no significant differences regarding the differences in income and earnings Gender graduated from the Faculty of Economics University Bina Darma.
