Abstract

This study aims to analyze and get the results of how the influence of transparency, accountability, and service quality of the muzakki loyality. The population in this study was the caretaker UPZ and individual muzakki of the BAZNAS Provincial South Sumatra. The sample used by 100 respondents gave the questionnaire directly. The sample selection using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this research, in partial test (t-Test ) transparency and accountability has no influence on muzakki loyality, while service quality has an influence on muzakki loyality. In simultan test (F-Test) transparency, accountability, and service quality have jointly influence the muzakki loyality
