Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the motivation and supervision affect the performance of employees at PT . PGASCOM Palembang. Based on the results of the t test ( partial ) there is a positive and significant influence between motivation ( X1 ) the Employee Performance ( Y ) partial value thitung 7,336 > ttabel 1,688 with significant with significant 0,009 < 0,05. While Supervision ( X2 ) the Employee Performance ( Y ) with thitung 8.728 > 1.688 with significant ttabel 0.003 < 0.05, which means that Ho is rejected while the results of the F test ( simultaneous ) values of F > Ftable is 6.660 > 2.7942 with significant 0,006 < 0 , 05 then the hypothesis is formulated that Ho is rejected . This shows that there is significant influence between motivation ( X1 ) and supervision ( X2 ) on the Performance ( Y ) simultaneously at PT . PGASCOM Palembang . As well as the R -square value of 0.591 means that these two variables have contributed 59.1 % to the Employee Performance PT.PGASCOM Palembang
