Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) as a management tips are focused on process improvement for customer satisfaction, One thing that is very significant in improving the performance of the challenges of competition is through continuous improvement of business activities are focused on consumers, covering the entire organization and the emphasis on flexibility and quality. Good organizational performance is one part of the decision of the highest management to develop and promote company. Therefore, the quality and management associated with sustained improvements made by many companies in order to encourage greater market competition and won.
