Abstract
This study discusses the influence of policies, profitability, and asset growth on dividend policies on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data used is based on the publication of the official website of the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) www.idx.co.id audited financial statements. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the research with multiple regression show that partial policies have a significant positive effect on dividend policy, profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy and positive asser growth is not significant on dividend policy. Simultaneously credit policy, profitability and asset growth significantly influence dividend management.
