Abstract

Colleges should be able to empower people in order to develop a Social Entrepreneurship including the development of entrepreneurship in its broadest sense. On the other hand, government policy should be aimed at reducing bureaucratic barriers that lead to social entrepreneurship activities. The various challenges faced by the Social Entrepreuners include funding issues, education for future leaders who realize the importance of social entrepreneurship, government policies, and lack of incentives provided by the government to ease the burden on institutions engaged in such social college. Therefore, the campus should be coined the courage to begin to shape change makers so that each of the academic community should strive to be a change maker in their environment.
