Abstract

This study analyzes the level of education, employment experience, knowledge, and skills to the quality of fire prevention services in the city of Palembang. The purpose of this study was to identify variables that Indenpendent level of education, employment experience, knowledge, and skills with Dependent variables that quality of fire prevention services.The method used is the method of quantitative research, whereas the variables used to explain the relationship statistical analysis with multiple linear regresion. Data collection techniques, especially the primary data using questionnaires and sampling using a sampling of saturated.
