Abstract
Technological developments have grown rapidly, technological differences that were and are now much different. With the development of this technology will help to facilitate one of the information, by using internet access all the information can be found. The development of websever technology is already widely used almost all the important agencies, one of the Regional Public Hospital of Palembang Bari. By using this webserver-based information technology all the information available in the Regional General Hospital of Palembang Bari can be known without the need to come directly to the location. Webserver systems usually do not escape the vulnerability or loopholes, therefore required security on the system. using action research methods and assisted by Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability (CIA), Optimization and Penetration Testing (pentest) techniques, is expected to assist in optimizing the webserver. By using these three techniques, as well as assisted by some firewall scripts, has successfully done the optimization that makes the webserver can work optimally and do not have the gap as before
