Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Effectiveness of Application of Accounting Information Systems, Utilization of Information Technology and Quality of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance (Case Study in the Joint Life Insurance Company of Bumiputera 1912 Palembang). The sample in this study amounted to 34 employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912 Palembang. In this study the sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling method ts of the study that there is an effect of the Effectiveness of the Application of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance at AJB table (2.141> 2.032). There is no effect of the Utilization of Information Technology on Employee Performance at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Palembang. T test results obtained sig t value of 0.171> = 0.05 and tcount> t table (1,402 <2,032). There is an influence of the Quality of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Palembang. T test results obtained sig t value of Effectiveness of Application of Accounting Information Systems, Utilization of Information Technology and Quality of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance at AJB Fcount> Ftable (3,200> 2.88).
