Abstract
SMA Negeri 4 Palembang is one of the top schools that already have an online registration application. The existing applications is used for registration of prospective students and see the semester to be more practical, effective and efficient. Meanwhile, the development of increasingly sophisticated technology can give an idea to look for an alternative access to the Internet without going through a computer by utilizing the mobile smartphone. Smartphone is literally a smart phone, the mobile phone has the capability such as a PC, yet limited. In addition, the smartphone also contains email and organizer. Another feature is the ability to add new applications. (Zaki : 2008)
