Abstract
This research contains a review of the use of information technology and automation of information systems analysis of the effects on the performance of human resources. The results of this research is expected to benefitin providing information and evidence regarding the effect emperis use of information technology and automation of information systems on the performance of human resources that are useful for organizations to determine the appropriate resources in the future . The results of processing data obtained using the SPSS regression equation : Y = 1.159 + 0.229X1 + 0.490X2. Coefficient of determination of 0.526 indicates that a variable proportion of the variation of information technology and information systems in the modelsimultaneously affect the performance variables of human resources at 52.6% and balance of 47.4% influenced by other factors outside of the research model.
