Abstract

Scientific journal is a place for people to put a scientific article. Management of scientific journals at the University of Bina Darma (UBD) has not been integrated in the software seubuah. Beginning of article submissions from authors to the editing of articles. In addition, there is an article in Scientific Journals integrated UBD still lacks the article, so take a promotion out of UBD. It is also one of the requirements for accreditation of the journal that 60% of authors had to come from outside the UBD. To overcome these problems, the authors intend to analyze and design a prototype using object-oriented method by using a Unified Modeling Language (UML).
