Abstract
This study aimed to examine whether there are differences in terms of the level of maturity of vocational self-efficacy and student work status ( working part- time and do not ) . Subjects of this study were students from various departments and universities in Yogyakarta who have not graduated , aged 19-25 years amounted to 80 people . Subject selection technique using incidental sampling method . Vocational maturity scale prepared based on the theory of Crites (1971 ) , who used a 30 aitem , whereas self-efficacy scale based on the theory of Bandura ( 1977) as many as 28 aitem . Methods of data analysis using techniques Univariate Analysis of Variance in SPSS for Windows 12 o'clock . The analysis showed the relationship between self-efficacy and work status of students to vocational maturity , yielding a score of F = 11.189 with p = 0.001 ( p < 0.01 ) and the effective contribution of 73.9 % of the variables can be seen from the vocational maturity scores RZ 0.739 which means that there is a significant difference in the maturity of vocational students in terms of self-efficacy levels and the status of work.
