Abstract

They also mention that Coke leads Pepsi in several capabilities to make use of these assets effectively-managing distribution globally, influencing retailer shelf space allocation, managing franchise bottler relations, marketing savvy, investing in bottling infrastructure, and speed of decision making to take quick advantage of changing global condition
