This study aims to analyze service quality and location of installation of outdoor advertising media in increasing customer satisfaction at PT. Advertising Orchid Palembang. Outdoor advertising media is the right advertising and advertising for companies to promote their business, by improving service quality, complete workshop equipment, timeliness of workmanship and quality of goods used standardization. Providing visualization design that has the ability to attract attention will make it easier for people and the public to recognize a product and easy to remember because it can be placed in a strategic place / location and easily seen by people. PT. Orchid Advertising Palembang has provided satisfaction and positive contributions to success for companies that have trusted Anggrek Advertising Company in terms of promoting their products / services through outdoor media advertising. Over time more and more companies are in need of air media advertising services that entrust PT. Orchid Advertising Palembang in providing advertising services, especially outdoor media advertising.
