Abstract

This research was conducted at PTPN VII Cinta Manis District where the transport section still uses manual handling work which often causes work accidents. This study aims to find out the elements of participation, organization, methods, and design concepts. Participatory ergonomics in PTPN VII and knowing about decreasing the level of openness, and the costs of participatory Ergonomics. The results obtained in this study are the correlation of participation elements (X1), organization (X2), work methods (X3) and design concepts (X4) which influence participatory ergonomics in PTPN VII Cinta Manis District. Elements of participation, organization, work methods and design concepts in PTPN VII Cinta Manis District, with a regression model Y = 160,559 + 0,030 X1 - 0,160 X2 + 1,808 X3 - 1,808 X4. Increase Influence and Ergonomics at PTPN VII District Cinta Manis Measurement and Calculation Agency for Ergonomic Participatory Participation Costs with the formula Y = 2,023 + 0,361 X1 - 3,499 X2 Keywords : Participatory Ergonomics, Correlation, reduction in work accident rates, cost savings, manual handling.
