Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between confidance with asertiviveness the teen orphan of palembang. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a very significant relationship between confidance with asertiviveness the teen orphan of Palembang. The population in this study were 100 teens, and sampled as many as 78 subject. This research probability sampling is simple random sampling technique. researched measuring instruments used the confidance scale with asertiviveness scale. Analysis techniques using simple regression analysis by using spss version 20.0 for windows. The results showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0,664 with a coefficient of determination (r-square) of 0.440 and p = 0, 0000 p < 0.01. This suggests that the hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that there is a very significant relationship between perceptions of confidance with asertiviveness the teen orphan of Palembang the contribution of the independent variable on the dependent was 44%.
